Yup. Italy snack stand is what I called it in my OP. until I see a receipt or someone knows better. The lady working it last week when I took the photos didn't know.

Also, my daughter likes to get a chocolate chip cookie when we watch Mix It Up. They haven't had them until last weekend. She will be very happy now.

Nora, did you try the cheese tray? Looks yummy!

I haven't tried the cheese tray yet, but I did try the Caprese salad which is a great deal for the price. mmmmm Mozzarella.

I am thrilled to have this option now in Italy. It killed me to watch my friends eat all this wonderful Pasta and bread sticks while I just watched them from afar. At least now I can get a cheese tray or Antipasto platter!

I noticed Chipstix were missing from the Das Edelweiss menu when I stuck my head in there for a minute yesterday. Sorry I didn't get a picture for some reason. Anyone know anything about this? :(

I guess you are referring to the now defunct GREECE F&WF booth? I did see those warmers for churros, pretzels and other snacks the other night. But it was closed.

I gotta say, as ticked off as I was about the food from the Greece stand (at least as far as how it was served to me), the stand itself seems to have had the most work put into it. It's not easy making a tile/stucco structure. Not with that level of detail & certainly not with how quickly you have to work before the stucco starts to dry.

Can't wait to see what they did with it post-festival.

Oh yes, PR, and by Italian snack stand, I assume you mean they're selling churros, turkey legs and pretzels? LOL

By the way, just to note it, they transformed the Greek Booth into an Italian snack stand. Columns and triangular roof added for full themeing.

I guess it is too much to hope that they have popcorn. lol

i only say Italian because it is technically in Italy. What they will sell I have no idea, but my guess is your basic snacks considering the equipment there.

Also, I saw them doing the stucco and honestly it didn't look like they put too much effort and work into it. I don't think it is real stucco but something that looks like it.
