Agreed. Still way better than Rapterra tho 😁
Eh - I'd argue one isn't necessarily better than the other here.

I'll also point out that while Volcano is definitely overhyped, that doesn't mean it wasn't worth riding at all; just maybe not when the wait would be longer than 20-30 minutes.

Twisted Timbers. The rating people give it is way too high. It gets put over SteVe like let's be serious. It's not in the Gwazi/SteVe, Zadra, Hakugei, Aeri class at all. TT is king of the "junior RMCs" for sure, but it's not in the big boy tier.
Tbh, who do you know who put TT over SV?

If you purely like painful ass ejector i can see why someone would over steve. But as a ride design of a complete expierence no. Hell no lol Steve gives ejector+more. TT just does ejector

Me

Those three airtime bills beat anything on SV
idk about that lol

The first airtime hill has the speed and force that the TT hills don't have. That's just the first element. The banked hill right after is better than the standard hill. All of that is still before you get to the snake dive

Is the snake dive the thing that throws you upside down and corrects it back?

I got a good one for ya, GWAZI. It might have in my eyes the biggest drop off when it comes to first half and second half. After you hit that station wave turn the ride is very ok and i think it is so glazed because of the flow of the first 4 elements. It sits at 13th out of my 309. 🤷‍♂️

I’ll throw one out too. Maverick. I went in expecting i305 level snaps and an insane launch. It was just a bit gentler than I was expecting it to be. Granted my ride was earlier in the day, but I just didn’t find the launch too punchy either. I did like the drop, but that was about it. Pretty sad since it was also my 125th coaster.

For me, TT is definitely better than SteVe. With Gwazi, it's a toss-up, but I suspect that Gwazi might gradually come to edge it out if I got more rides on it. Arieforce is the best RMC I've done, so it's not quite at that level. I think SteVe is quite overrated, barely a top 5 coaster in its own park.

It's a 305' coaster known for making people black out vs a 105' that while the launch is decent, it's an LSM to 70 right into a brake run. They are not at all the same thing. I would have been disappointed too if I thought it would be anything like I305 before riding, and it's currently my #2 favorite coaster.

If you wanna talk overrated

Wildcat's Revenge hurts way too much when it's running fast. I like my coasters aggressive (Voltron ended up in my top 10), but when I'm being slammed into the sides of the train on every transition, it's unpleasant. Wildcat definitely runs better when it's colder.

I definitely think Wildcat needed less aggressive transitions.

Wildcat has some genuinely insane transitions, to the point where I worry about the ability of the trains to sustain the forces repeatedly. I wonder how many wheels they go through
