Probably not what they’re doing, but I’d love just a single musician playing some relaxing background music while people eat. Something like a violinist or pianist would be wonderful.

I hope it's a man with a kazoo playing the old San Marco soundtrack.
I would love a solo pianist/singer performing while the guests eat and relax, that sounds pretty neat and simple.

Was it the Airmen of Note? THEY ARE AMAZING. (also the direct descendants of the Glenn Miller Band)
They've put sheer curtains up st the back of the stage and new potted flowers around the front, too. No photo cause we didn't stop. Looks really nice.
I'm going to leave it in rumors until we actually see a show performed or announced.
It's kinda strange that the park hasn't announced this new show. You'd think that since they replaced Mix it Up for this, they would've given some info about it. The name is pretty neat and hopefully it implies the show will be more Italian themed than Mix it Up ever was.
I hope so. It would be a pretty neat throwback to the shows Il Teatro used to do before MiU! ever came along.
