Interesting rumor popped up on the facebook group, "Busch Gardens Williamsburg Connoisseurs." Member posted that the Italy Pavilion will have a new show called Bel Concertino. Anyone heard any rumblings similar to this?

Absolutely skeptical. Just bringing the information over here. Of course, no source was quoted.
Fair enough.. I mean it really does need a show there. So I would not be sad or surprised if this were true Especially with the globe sitting vacant until summer nights there is a distinct lack of shows.
It hasn't been announced but as I understand it the plan is for a solo singer to perform in the theater there. Plans could change but that's the last that I heard from people.
If it does turn out to be true then at least Il Teatro di San Marco won't be empty for long.
They certainly appear to be prepping it for something
They better get the water features working again.
Maybe they can add coin operated fire cannons... You know, so people can pay to shoot fire at the performer...
So the "new show" is restoring the original stage for just this huh? Hopefully this solo performer has pre-recorded music to sing with.
It was a rumor with no reference/evidence that was posted on Facebook. Nothing official by any stretch of imagination.
@Lord Robert 100% zero evidence or source. Just someone random posting about a new show and an opening date. I brought it here simply for additional insight and conversation. If it happens, great. If not, too bad. The post was in the Busch Gardens Williamsburg Connoisseurs facebook group.
Thanks for clearing that up. If I could guess what's going on, the park wouldn't do all this work if a new show wasn't happening even if it's just "temporary".
