I'm not advocating that the CMs lives be made a living hell, but they need to understand that they are in the hospitality business. They are there to facilitate the experience of the guests, and part of that is sort of being willing to experience some minor discomfort to improve the overall impression of the space.

I miss the good ole days with green nickers and calf high black tube socks. This is a far cry from authentic looking outfits for each country.
