The promos he does for the events and shows, where he's the only one being interviewed, and talking about them.
Just imagine that face from the walls of The Haunted River Jonquil, but just a little scarier. 
He tends to take credit for other department's successes. I honestly find those videos infuriating.
I find them too long for that location. People aren't going to stand there for 5 minutes watching. They want quick info and then to be on their merry way.
They might just have the videos playing as filler until they have something developed to go on the sign (or they might be waiting to really use it until the main season since that sign typically promotes upcoming events). From personal experience at my company, sometimes facilities runs on a different schedule then marketing and all of a sudden something is installed before you are really ready for it. Plus with the layoffs, who knows what original plans might have been...
They're playing something like a slide-show of different exclusive experiences at Christmas Town, like Santa's Fireside Feast, Penguin Insider Tour, etc. Didn't see any videos when I went by.

They need to add a shade structure to the handicap/QQ entrance at Apollo.
