I hate to say it, but I think I can't justify the risk at this point. It would be one thing if we didn't start having cases in VA, but now it just seems dangerous.

It will be the first member preview day I've missed in 4 years.

(sorry if I shouldn't be saying this in this thread admins, feel free to move it)

I cant even go to preview so it dosent really matter for me. I mean I'm still going on sunday though virus or not
 
So BGW just posted some info to team members mentioning that today is Friday the 13th and that tomorrow is Member Sneak Peek......are they really not calling it? At this point im suprised JCC isnt stepping in.

I have split the COVID-19 discussion into its own thread in the News sub-forum. Please limit discussion here to the Sneak Peak event, itself.

The new thread will be exclusively for discussions about the impact of the virus on BGW.

There is a separate thread for the affects of Coronavirus on KD, as well as one dedicated to COVID-19 as it pertains to the industry as a whole, and another for the pandemic in general.

Dang....im going to have to make a orgizational chart to know where to post what......lol. The threads were all over the place......
 
In the event that this does go on, who is planning on being there / how much of a ghost town do you think it will be?

The longer I have to wait for some post from BGW the more upset I'm getting ?

We have a nonrefundable hotel booked for tonight and Saturday, and a dog sitter. We will be there regardless. If they pull the plug we plan on exploring some of Williamsburg.

I feel like it's the right thing for them to do to shut down, but that bratty part of my brain that wants to ride rides won't shut up. Assuming things don't put a major strain on my industry (which I'm sure they will) I will be working 7 days a week until June, so this is my last bit of free time, and I've been really looking forward to my first Sneak Peek that isn't HOS or CT.

My guess is a lot of us are kind of dumb and will still show up if it is open, despite knowing better.
