Get there early crowds were insane last year.
Excited to go to our first Member sneak peek (outside of HOS and CT), and curious to see the crowd levels. I'm bracing for the worst, but the walk-though videos etc. we've watched on Youtube don't look any worse than most days that I've been there. I'm assuming since we're not able to go too often being 3 hours away that we just miss out on great light crowd days. Should be great either way!

Honestly at this point, depending on when you purchased a pass(and assuming you have a legacy platinum pass) you could buy a bronze pass just to get the benefits and be just about at the price range of the current platinum pass.
I still just have the 2 park legacy pass and have been let in last year and 2018

Last year’s was insanely odd. The traffic to get into the park was absolutely abysmal, but once you stepped through the gates it wasn’t all that bad. Lines were fairly short, paths weren’t too crowded, and it was a really joyful experience.
Yeah, just get to the park EARLY or have a Premier or Platinum pass and use the employee gate. Once you make it inside, things typically aren’t THAT bad.
From the I64 exit until walking through the gate took me right at two hours last year. They weren't operating the car booths and it caused an awful logjam going from 10 or so lanes to 2. Scanning to get into the park took longer than normal too. Saw quite a few non-members and people with expired passes not being allowed in then holding up the line wanting to argue.?

From others experience, how much of a pain is it to redeem your membership that morning? I won't be able to go to the early redemption days unfortunately.
