I am thinking the line formation will stay very close to the same, if not the same one thats there now and the line will just form down the right side of the bridge. From looking at the photo of the current construction I do not see anywhere else possible for a line!

I doubt that is the case. They will probably extend the queue further around the tower.

So, it’s starting. The hole is dug, the rebar and footers are in and dirt is being put back in place … Mach Tower’s construction is underway. The tower, which will stand about 240 feet, will be our tallest ride, dropping guests at speeds of 60 mph. It is currently at the Moser Factory in Italy, where the finishing touches are being applied, including testing and preparing the ride to ship to Norfolk in time to open late spring.
Opening with the park on March 26 is our new pretzel and beer shop, Beste Brezeln und Bier. The foundation for this new shop is set and I can almost smell the freshly baked pretzels now. In addition, many other changes are coming including a new color palette for the village, new games, the kiddie swings are moving and Der Katapult is relocating to New France. And yes, all of these changes will be in time for park opening.
I don’t know about you, but I’m excited about the new changes coming to the park. It’s going to be a great year.

Well I wouldn't get scared yet. I mean the main color in Oktoberfest is brown right now. So if they decided on lets say for the sake of this post white then that could be a new color palette.

JordanFord pointed out to me that the park brochure for 2011 has been released. It gives a little more artwork involving the tower.

Did anyone notice in the brochure that it said Italy will have a new show? I for one am excited because when the italy show opened in 2009 I loved it, but in 2010 I didn't like it as much because they removed my favorite acts.

1. As far as the queue, you need to remember that that picture is a caricature at best. It's not going to put in the mundane parts, as a way to focus on the key elements. Also notice the bottom where it appears to have you, as John Reilly said, "go through thematic elements.
2. To the best of my knowledge, Moser Rides made the tower ride in FoF. That would mean that we can expect a similar design for the otsr's on this.
