RE: London Rocks! (2014 to Present)

I agree with you PR. Don't let these haters ruin your fun. The real BGW "fans" know the park is still the best.

RE: London Rocks! (2014 to Present)

^No. Don't even go there. Don't you dare say "the real BGW fans know the park is still the best." Who are you to invalidate somebody who is critical of the park and is still a fan? Whether or not somebody is harsh and judging on everything the park does, or blindly accepts everything presented to them doesn't make anyone any less of a fan.

Pointing it out and saying "forget the haters" just creates more tension and problems. You are not helping the situation.

I feel as if we have all been down this road before...and with terrible results. Please, lets not find ourselves back on that WWI-style battleground. I know the rat-infested trenches can look romantic and appealing, but the casualties simply aren't worth the temporary "glory."

PR, Reece, and I like the show. That's are opinion. You may hate the show. It's your own opinion. Everybody has different taste meaning different opinions. Let's all stick with our opinions and move forward. Progress!

But... the mustard gas!

It's safe to say no matter which cast you saw it wasn't the ones that quit or were fired. Oops  Doesn't take long for people to realize how toxic Scott is.

Thank goodness the show will return. As I was waiting in line Sunday for the 1st show (I saw all the shows that day), at 1st there was the returning in 2015 sticker on the show time board, but about 30 minutes later someone from the park came and took it off. Just 2 days since seeing the show and I am missing it already. Oh well, come on Monster Stomp!!

OK, how did anybody make recordings of this? I love to record shows so I can watch them again later. I won't if they post a sign at the entrance saying "no video". But this show, I did not see any signs. And there were no announcements.

But the one time I went to the show, the usher saw my videocamera and said "no video". The second time, somebody in my row was apparently videotaping, and the usher stepped through in front of all of us, and then rudely shown a light down at the person and waved it until she got the attention, and then signed to stop taping.

So it seems they were very strongly opposing anybody doing videotape, but a couple of pages ago a comment said it was OK to tape it just not post it.

I understood why they might have to ban taping because of the cost of the music they probably had a strict no-taping license. Although then they didn't hardly use any of the music, and then they mashed it all together.

It was mostly annoying that if you could sneak your camera in, and not be obvious, you could freely tape without feeling bad, because they never actually TOLD you that it was not allowed.

Underneath the showtimes board on the front of the theater, it says in small fine print, no video recording. There are also signs by lobby doors left and right that say no flash photography and no video recording.

Regardless of being small bits or mixed with other songs, if the owner does not allow video recording then that means no video recording period.

With that said, the main concern is the video being published and viewable by a large audience. Because the park can not control how you use your recording they deny the ability to record at all. The only time the show has been recorded is for the park's records which will never see the light of day.

They did not enforce no video recordings the first few weeks until Entertainment really had the theater hosts crack down on it. It is possible to get a recording very sneakily. But I highly discourage video recording. On the other hand there is nothing in writing stopping you from audio recording.
