Any updates on Land of the Dragons? They removed the slides last year and posted signs that new features are coming. Has anyone seen or heard of work going on there?

Those are the only two full pictures of the ride's drop that I've ever seen on the internet. Great find!

Tampa has their own version, which retained its drop when it was rethemed to Sesame Street. The boats from Riffle Rapids were modified and moved to Bert and Ernie's Loch Adventure at BGW's Forest of Fun, although the flume itself was built new for that ride. You can still see Riffle Rapids' flume in LotD, partially covered by mulch.

Couldn't tell you what they are working on but there is compressor and other machine noises coming from LoD and there is this parked in the plaza.

It’s nice to know they’re trying to keep LoD in good shape even though it’s not being used at the moment. I’m keeping hope alive that they’ll be able to open it up late summer.

The post I saw listed the nets and tree house as well as the plaza plY area but showed the slides and the rides closed and blocked off.
