I actually thought some of those sounds really interesting… what are your thoughts of the themes for your made up new scarezones?
So for Wicked Welcoming, I was thinking about how International Street kinda already feels like a scare zone during Haunt, so I decided it would just be that, but with the addition of scare-actors, each representing the different houses and zones.

For Bewitched, it’s basically connected to Tollway Terror’s storyline. I really like the idea of having things at the event connected to each other, so I decided to have Temple of El Tunche and Deadly Dominion connect to Site-X and Masquerade respectively as well.

Start refurb on Grizzly now and have it back open for Winterfest? Winterfest night rides would be epic.

With the way Santa’s Workshop is set up, I don’t see them opening up Grizzly during WinterFest unless they have people go around the store building.

Does it concern anybody that Cornstalkers: Blood Harvest isn’t listed on the picture of the schedule I attached below?? Also on the description of the new cornstalkers attraction the location is described more like how the scarezones locations are described. For further explanation… each house location is stated by saying “Beside…(whatever attraction it’s beside)”, while scarezones only list the street or area of the park it’s in (which is what cornstalkers did too).

Presumably, Corn Stalkers was left off that copy by mistake, especially since it is the first maze described immediately below that section of the page:

Since Corn Stalkers isn’t next to any other attraction, the easiest way to explain it‘s location it is probably by saying it is on I Street. Similarly, FEAR is listed as being in Planet Snoopy.

Quick Haunt update!

Im very intrigued by what they’ve added to Masquerade. It seems that they’re getting more props under the arbor, hopefully that’s for the actors to have more to work with.

The stage for Big Top Band and Black Widow’s Burlesque will be placed in the middle of the zone, it seems.

The number of props in the arbor, for Masquerade, is rather nice. Where here are some additional photos:

I am not a big fan of the stage, directly in the middle of Cleaver Brothers scare zone; where here is a different/wider view, facing Victoria's:

And a couple of other minor changes I've noticed for this year's Haunt (as otherwise the rest seems the same from last year)... Uprising, when walking in from the Eiffel Tower side, now has actual signs for the scare zone, on either side of the pathway:

And though Site X is the only scare zone they have not setup this year. For some reason they decided to bring over the Sand Bar to Jungle X, between Anaconda's entrance and exit - where this one normally is situated off of Cleaver Brothers, blocking the entrance to Soak City. (So kind of odd how they already have the bar outside of Outpost here in Jungle X):

I just want to add that I just saw 2 more different haunt adds… one was of a witch filing her nails with a knife… the other was of an old vintage ronald mcdonald like clown stretching and popping it’s back infront of creepy woods… both had the caption “#oddlyterrifying”

Over the past week, the park finally setup the Site X scare zone. And what's interesting is that it's not on Flat Rock this year - that is, not outside of Jungle Market Eatery - and is instead back on the two smaller paths behind the Flat Rock stage:

What's also puzzling is most props are currently setup just here in the highlighted area - where I hope over the coming week they extend the zone out, towards Arachnidia, as otherwise it's gonna be a pretty small/compact zone:

And over at Cleaver Brothers, this looks to be a new food/beverage location, setup where the stage was last year - which again is odd to have that right in the middle of the zone. -Also not sure if the upper level will be used for anything, as around back, there are a set of stairs leading up to the top:

And speaking of the stage, a photo of it lit up tonight, along with some new lighting:

And finally, just a couple random photos of Uprising tonight (for those, like me, who cannot wait for Friday):
