I can confirm that it will not return at least in it's current form and location but there have been at least some talk of doing a different version so a complete departure prediction may be premature.

Silly question, but could the Pet Shenanigans theater host a HOS show (whether a reworked Jack is Back or something else)? Not sure the state of the theater, but the bottlenecking with Jack Is Back is such an issue that that alone seems like justification to relocate or retire the show.

I am still not a believer that it can host anything currently but assuming that it's in a state to host shows then I don't see why it couldn't be retrofitted to host Jack but that would require some work namely stair lights and other features being added as it's never been used as a night time venue and I don't believe would meet code to do so without noticeable alterations for safety.
