As we all know, there are a ton of factors that can contribute to ride experience. Everything ranging from weather to the number of people on the train could have caused the variations among everyone’s experiences. And one person’s good is another’s awful, anyway.
My ride on it yesterday in the rain was by far the best ride on InvadR I’ve ever had. The train whipped through the course and had the slightest twinge of that Grizzly-like out-of-control feeling. I don’t know how, but I even felt my stomach drop on the first drop, which is a sensation I haven’t felt on any coaster in years.
It’s aging perfectly. You think it’s a small, tame ride. But it packs quite a punch. Maybe it’s short, but wow it’s fun. Totally out of control lol, but offers something completely different than the other coasters at BGW. Very much needed IMO
I rode it on Sunday too. The pacing felt... Brutal, but in a Very good way! Like Joe the drop got me in the gut. I have no data to back this up, but it felt faster then any time in the past.
InvadR is the perfect example of a small coaster that packs a big punch. I love riding it when I visit and this year in particular is my favorite so far.
I'm a bit amused at how InvaR has little said about it anymore. Now that real coasters might be on the way. Anywho, Thomas already posted these guys in the San Marco Changes thread, so I thought I'd plug this in here.
