I'm not sure Bunnyman would work at BGW. It's a very American style legend and I'm not sure how will it will work as a scare zone.

Though at this point they might as well make New France Bar Mitzvah themed after DS. They can keep the park to "coming of age" parties in line with "My Sweet Demonic 16"

That's very true, Applesauce. I have known a few people with such severe arachnophobia, particularly one or two that had to close their eyes walking across the bridge. To me however, the area has lost all cohesiveness by adding completely unrelated scares. At least it's not as bad as the "Webs" scare zone, which only had about three performers. All I can say is that if even Tampa can't do a decent spider scare zone, nobody can. (Especially not BGW in their current state.)

It would be nice to see a ghost theme scare zone, make it dark and gloomy and have special effects that make it look like ghosts are their!, maybe that's what the fence is for, maybe theirs a graveyard being it ;)

Why not put a scare zone/ house in the woods?

Ironically we (hubby and I) were just talking to a guy we know the other day who works at Busch and he said there are talks about placing a house in the woods this year. We're assuming back near Bitten. This would be similar to the one in Tampa called "Alone" that is paid. Apparently this one would be a paid one too. We've wanted one similar to Alone here but so far nothing. It would be nice to add a house, or even replace an existing one...I vote for Bitten. (Just my opinion) Then again this could just be a rumor and he might not know what the heck he's talking about. :)

I'd be willing to pay for something scary and worth the money, I think they should have a paid house, they'd make more money to use to decorate

I agree. The one in Tampa was about $30 in advance and you could take up to 3 people with you. Once in you all were separated, hence the name Alone. I think it would go over well in this area considering some people are tired of the same old houses. Bitten is the one that has been there the longest. I don't know if they changed it up last year but the year before it was the same as previous years. I think we are all chomping at the bit for at least 1 new house.

I would never pay $30 bucks to enter a haunted house, but the idea of being alone in a house surrounded by woods sounds flippin creepy. I might pay 5-10 bucks for a completely terrifying experience like that, but no more.

I agree I wouldn't pay anymore than 10 for paid house!, I would love if they did something like that this year, it'd be a big hit, and bring more money

Part of the reason an up charge maze is so pricey is to reduce demand. If you have too many people wanting to do it then you are going to have a lot of unhappy customers.

Has HOS ever done anything with witches?  A witch terror-tory would be interesting.

Cursed in Festa Italia was themed to witches. The scare zone in San Marco had witches and later warlocks, as well.

Edit: Griffon beat me to it. But I said more. :p

There was a witch-themed scarezone called Spellbound as well back in 2009.

Edit: Joe beat me to it. But I said more. :p

Why not let the fans vote the next vote and houses,? They would be cool

Because the GP have no idea what they want. It's the park's job to know what the GP will like, not the GP's job to tell them. Needless to say, I have a massive problem with the pointless (and, quite frankly, reckless) democratization of important park decisions that has been going on as of late (see: Food & Wine).

I tend to disagree. BGW in particular has demonstrated a consistent lack of understanding of what its guests want. How can it possibly be worse for them to give people a say?

At worst, it will guarantee some segment of their customer base feels enfranchised; at best they deliver something people might actually enjoy.
