When you said that Wendigo got an upgrade, I thought you meant the animatronic was no longer a beefcake cave man. Sigh, I should have known you meant the area. I got my hopes up for nothing. ; n;

The Open Casket bar has a few things to work out. We had to order from one bartender and received our drinks but he could not accept payment. One of our party of three had to leave our seats and find a register and pay someone else. Then there was the difficulty of that person seeing the other two people to verify we were of age. It would be easy for the bar to lose track of drink payments. I wouldn't do that, but I suspect some would. :::looking around:::

Why is there a guy in a straight jacket in a cage with a box? I'm hoping that in persona the symbols make sense and connect in some logical way to the rest of HOS.

I am pleased to note, however, that he has a head attached to his torso...

As much as it doesn't make sense, at least it's better than just having a box on the filled fountain.

But seriously, I don't get it either. I think he's supposed to be the blue guy that's in the promotional images??

What they could do with the guy in the cage is have him slowly become more 'cursed' as the event goes on. Week after week his physical appearance could change as the curse gets stronger and his mental state deteriorates until he's the blue crawly guy from the commercial. It would be a reason to keep coming back every week. Or hell, have it happen over the course of the night. Beginning of the night-straight jacket, kind of okay, but still crazy. As you're walking out at the end of the night, dude is nuts, blue, possibly naked and crawling all around the cage.

He might be someone who heard the cursed song, and then became "cursed" and was put into a mental asylum because he went crazy.
