The clock just gets taken apart every year and the German figures get replaced by Vampires and Santa's Elves every year, courtesy of the Entertainment Department.

I think they either need to replace them correctly and just replace the figures so the actual clock still works or just board up the figure part and cover it up until HOS and CT are done with.

From my understanding the internals are bad. The figures are crated and stored after august. So what you're saying is that you'd rather have a sheet of plywood that is painted- covering the figures than have the figures removed and have the entire thing themed?
