From what I have heard, we can be looking forward to some much needed improvements. Root of All Evil specifically has undergone extensive work as well as some extra theme has been around around the park. Just keep your eyes open.

I love it. Here's a recap:

"Everything is great. It's harder than the stupid guests realize."

"We want there to be something for everyone...have a great time with your loved ones. Unless your loved ones are kids. Then don't bring them here."

"We open our haunted houses in the daylight...but they aren't scary in the daylight. Why would you think our haunted houses that open when it's still light out would function as haunted houses when it was still light out? *shakes head* These guests...amIright?"

"Howl-o-scream is better than ever. Critics don't know what they're talking about."

The person filming appears to be the only person paying attention to him.

Was thinking the same thing...everyone else is too busy talking, randomly standing, etc...

Despite Scott's not so triumphant speech that night, I have heard good things in regards to improving Howl-o-Scream since opening weekend. In fact, if you take a look at the old Stitchin Time pathway, you will see excellent theme vs. nothing. New France now contains werewolves to go along with the spiders, etc.

This is really great news. Do you know if they've adjusted the hordes at all? Very excited for my first HOS trip this season tomorrow. Debating whether or not to fork over the extra money for Quick Queue...always feel like the industrial proletariat being squashed by the petty bourgeoisie when I watch quick queue people walk by and i'm in line...heh.

As far as as the hordes go, I haven't heard anything in specific BUT they are still hiring for Scare Squad I believe, so hopefully numbers will increase.

Do it. I always spring for the QQ at HoS.

Let them eat cake.

I hope so too. Would love to see a gigantic zombie horde shuffling towards me tomorrow a la Night of the Living Dead...but so far i've only heard clowns and lepers or something akin to that...

Are you able to just buy quick queue for an individual house? I sort of got that impression from the sign in front of ROAE. I might do that if possible. definitely not sitting in an hour long line to see that maze.

Yes, they've added single house QuickQueue this year. I believe it's $10 per house.

Thanks so much for this info. Beats shelling out 40-50 bucks for the entire day per pass...
