RE: Howl-O-Scream 2012 Rumors

^at this rate, I have no job so really it is haha.

Also, I noticed on the BGW talent site they are no longer looking for the male nurse for fiends....guessing that job search in NYC went well.

the pay rate for the Scare Squad is what, $9.15/hr?

Yup.

O, just so you people know, I'm working on the pictures now. I have to sort though the 200 pictures I took, touch up the ones that I want to use (if they need it), upload them, sort them, add captions to all of them, and then write the post. I'm going to try to finish it before I fall asleep tonight, but if not, it will be tomorrow, hopefully early tomorrow.

RE: Howl-O-Scream 2012 Rumors

I'm not sure I'd want HOS to be a pay event. HOS is one of the main reasons I pay for a season pass to begin with.
However, if they do make it a pay event, they'd have to step up their game by changing the theme every year. Again, though I'm not sure it would be worth it to me.
I am curious to see how the roaming hoards goes. It's nice to see a change of pace.

So bascially for ROAE, were going to be walking on concrete?:(:s

I said and I quote, "similar to Fear Fair", where as others have stated that you are in a parking lot. You will be walking on asphalt. This should not be a problem. The problem that should have you worried is if it will look like your in the middle of a parking lot or not.

i wonder why the park would only announce the opening times for 2 houses but not tell us the opening times for the rest of the houses? it seems strange that they not announce the rest at the same times

Here is a thought, a crazy thought, not a thought for the lighthearted, a thought for the wise, a thought of substance, a thought of reasoning, a thought for the critical thinkers.

MAYBE, just possible, just a guess, I could very easily be wrong (not really), that the rest will just so happen to open at the time that HoS starts each evening.

RE: Howl-O-Scream 2012 Rumors

I was on the train today and saw what looked like green house framework up behind DK/FH

RE: Howl-O-Scream 2012 Rumors

That's exactly what's happening behind Festhaus right now, just a greenhouse frame. Nothing to see here, yet...

A new tour for Fiends has been released.

RE: Howl-O-Scream 2012 Rumors

Most interesting part of that tour: "It’s a frightfully fun experience for ages 12 and up."

I can't fathom any other explanation other than that is the age "limit" for the show. I would venture that they aren't really going to enforce it though- just flat out say that it is for ages 12 and up.

RE: Howl-O-Scream 2012 Rumors

Abbeystone Theater has become notorious for it's tours of front row seating and meeting the cast. Not a bad tour at all, just it happens with every show in that theater. There is little more than green house frames. That is the bulk of work done, but there has been a lot of temporary wall building, and box building. For some reason they need like a thousand boxes of different sizes.
They stopped playing music altogether on the San Marco bridge finally. Everything is basically the same as I reported in my previous post. Check it out, plenty of info there.

RE: Howl-O-Scream 2012 Rumors

Even with all the job fairs and radio ads the park is still low on HoS employment numbers. Anyone looking for an easy and fun way to get quick cash needs to apply.
