RE: Howl-O-Scream 2012 Rumors
I have no pictures to show because pictures a bit risky for my sources and I like to keep things safe (for now) however I have a better grasp on RoAE.
Firstly, I think the San Marco bridge looks great but the fact that the music doesn't match up to the decor really ruins the whole thing. Something small and seems to be not so noticed.
Then, the glow booth has yet to make any sign of return yet BUT, I can say that some big orange decor will come along with it. As far as the rest of San Marco goes, expect a nice big old dinosaur prop to be on display. You will get the feeling of a museum. Seems like a pterodactyl but looks are deceiving under wraps.
Scotland looks like a jungle with pumpkins. It just feels so odd with them hung up, am I alone on this one or do they seem to fit just fine for everyone else?
Ireland's main street light posts have just now changed to green. The truss for the Irish Illuminights rainbow bridge disappeared and has reappeared. Also a truss structure is now standing across from EitA. I assume it will be used to add certain lighting as well as help hold some electrifying props this year.
Now for the juice of my little report. Root of All Evil. As much of you may have been wondering, how is this maze setup, where do we enter/exit, and all that jazz. Well, after getting a pretty good today, I can say this maze will be very similar to Fear Fair in logistical ways. They will have separate rooms setup, each room is designed around a greenhouse but each room is essentially as big as each room in Fear Fair. A lot of temporary walls have gone up behind scenes and this drives me to the enter/exit debate. This won't answer it, but this may give us some more info for what we may expect. Temporary walls are built all along the service road that comes from Rhinefeld to behind DarKastle. They are your basic temporary walls, and it looks like they will be adding more. There is also a black temporary wall along the side of the Festhaus where the employee smoking area is (located behind the big gate by the guest's smoking area on the side of the Festhaus). This leads me to believe you just may exit here, or guests will be getting really close to this area, perhaps to close to see any employee's smoking oh no's! But in all reality, I still think you will enter and exit relatively close to each other in the same country.
If I could show pictures at this moment I would love to, but I don't think now is the perfect time for pictures.
