It seems like a rare occurrence but I've ridden Grizzly hundreds of times since 2004 and this was the second time I've ever seen the lights on in the tunnel. First time I've seen this was back in 2019. Anyone else experience this?
I rode it last night. I didn't see any lights in the tunnel but both turnarounds have lights on them now. No pitch black night rides anymore 
We did ride it pretty early in the day so it's possible maintenance turned it off not long after our ride. And yeah I miss when Grizzly wasn't exposed with those flood lights. Used to be the best night ride in the park.
This and P-305 need to be lights out! Those floodlights are pointless and criminal.
Yeah, maybe they should add a bunch of lights to the Beast while they're at it.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I was there Friday and the lights were off in the tunnel at night.
Side note, that retracking did wonders. #3 in the park for me now with Dominator being unexpectedly rough.

It’s my most ridden ride this and last season since the re-track. I just enjoy it so much.

That jut-in on the PTC lapbars is the absolute worst. Surely we can engineer a thinner bar in the year 2024...?
I make sure to brace my leg on that bump when the op push checks the lapbar and it gets me so much extra room it ain’t funny
there's 2 different thicknesses for that bar and unfortunately, both of the KD woodies have the narrowest one that really digs into your legs.
I have yet to ride a PTC with good restraints, and I've been on Thunderhawk (assuming that was your example of the better restraints). Might just be me, but I have pretty skinny legs. I doubt it's a height thing in this case, too. I just wonder how more people aren't noticing this.
The trains are cramped a bit but I really don't notice once the ride starts. It's mostly just sitting in the station and going up the lift hill. Or maybe it would be more correct to say it doesn't really bother me too much.
So uh, anybody wanna talk about how fast this thing was running tonight? I swear I don’t think I’ve ever seen it take the banked turn out of the tunnel that fast. Got 6 night rides tonight and they were easily some of the best I’ve ever had on it. Looking forward to racking up more this season
Tonight was my 1st time on grizzly in 12 or so years. What a awesome ride lmao.

Glad you mentioned this because I got slammed to the side on the last turnaround and I've never experienced it being that forceful. I really hope this ride stay around for a while and KD does their best to maintain it.
That said, can they please get rid of the lights? I miss the pitch black rides at night.
Did they touch up the last third of the ride? The whole thing felt super smooth all the way through. It was dark so I couldn’t tell if there was new wood on the track.
I concur with the lights. Racer by contrast was basically totally unlit tonight and it was an awesome night ride. I want my dark night rides on Grizzly, dammit!
