Electric fences, plus griffons splashdown. That sounds like a BLAST.Yea, all the tables from that area are piled up in the other planters. Looks liek some electrical done to, probably just speakers. I didnt look close but it looked like low voltage wire that was not terminated near some of the fence posts.
I mean I wasn't going to say anything but two things. One there was debate as to if Griffon's closure yesterday was related to Finnigan which it doesn't appear to be since Finnigan is still closed for maintenance and Griffon was running. And two the "friendly" security guard told me not to photograph it which doesn't appear to be against any official park rules that I can find so yeah he motivated me to take more from other angles around the park since you know you cam see the drop from like half the park. And that also made me think that everyone should know.
That actually not quite true in my case. I am a fairly rule obeying person had the security guard either asked nicely or had then actually been something in the park rules published on their website I wouldn't have followed through with posting them as I started taking them just out of personal curiosity have never seen or experienced a mid ride evac but yeah when you go out of your way to approach me using a rude an demanding tone and site a rule that is not listed in your official policies for guest behavior you definitely motivate me to give you a bug middle finger.Funny how telling someone not to do something only makes them want to do it more. The more I learn, the more I learn this to be universally true. Evidence: if I ask my son to do something I know he'll do the exact opposite.

Ooo that looks neat! I thought they didn’t care about theming anymore. The new Griffon tracks by the splashdown look sick! Excellent work!

So THAT'S what happens when they speak to the manager. Fascinating.I wasn't going to bring this up... But since they did such a good job:
If anyone wants a similar project; the contractor is Concrete Karen. No joke. They're the Karens of concrete.
This is my $0.02 without knowing, but possibly having to spend time in the park, hearing the feedback first hand, and seeing the state of it has sparked something.I don’t know what got into BGW leadership, but all this theming is amazing. I’m loving it so much.
