Best place to put it, my second guess, lol, but I honestly did think it could be at Bistro because of the relocation of the shade things from Grffion's queue to Bistro's patio. Other than that, I guessed Festhaus then Bistro.

Interesting, for some reason when they first built Bistro in ~2007, I thought it was supposed to be full service. Don't remember the source though it could have simply been a nonsense rumor, but I know it wasn't just made up in my head though, I read/heard it somewhere

From Screamscape today (including their 3/14 update for reference):

(3/19/12) It seems the rumored location of the full-service restaurant was incorrect. Instead Guest Relations is now telling people that Bistro205 in the French Village will be the new Full Service restaurant opening in 2012.

Without question, the smartest place to put it.

I stopped by Sunday to check it out, but it was closed... as usual

Bistro 205 soft opened Sunday, and closed at about 3:00. The official opening is tomorrow, I'm planning on hitting it for lunch. I spoke with the manager Sunday afternoon. The menu is essentially a "best of" of the menus at the existing Busch restaurants. Smokehouse sampler, Festhaus platter, etc. I don't know about prices or anything, but if they basically have the same food that you can get across the street for a higher price, I worry about the long term viability of the place. I'll post a report after I try it out, hopefully there's enough unique in there to make it worth going!

It really is; Tampa's Crown Colony has its own unique menu, and it's fantastic...
