That somewhat scares me. Yes, I thought it was amazing as far as that dish goes, but that's not saying much since it's so common. Do people not want exotic foods at a theme park? Maybe I am inclined to expect too much as a food enthusiast.

However, based on the way the park looks at statistics, they might decide that they don't need to try as hard. I would definitely disagree. I think that by providing unique food, Busch Gardens is doing a service to America.

My impression is that the park has been offering fewer and fewer "exotic" dishes, even at F&W.  How many ways can they serve hot dogs and bacon?

I love mac & cheese, but honestly, I do not go to a culinary event to sample comfort foods. There are so many unusual and delicious things to try.  I too hope they don't dumb their menus down.

In the least surprising turn of events possible, the Canadian booth's Bacon Mac & Cheese was, once again, the most popular Food & Wine dish at 2015's Food & Wine event.
I would be curious to see how much of its popularity came from families. I think that families and kids might be a big factor in that that is being over looked. I think my favorite was once again the palm salad thing.
