As you mentioned, they currently have one alcoholic and one non-alcoholic drink at most of the booths.  deadfan31 is correct that they will also have a dedicated frozen cocktail booth.

In addition, there are several liqueurs in Italy, and there will be scotch and wine tastings around the park.

Of course there will be water and coke products, as well, and they may have additional beverages that aren't officially listed.

I know about the frozen cocktail booth, and scotch tasting. Normally I avoid most of the alcoholic drinks because I don’t want to get in trouble for drunk driving. But maybe I’ll have at least one drink per visit during this years event. I really want to try that pineapple cocktail and the other drinks they got for the French Quarter (New Orleans).

Oh! Most people are looking for booze, when they ask about the drinks! I tend to avoid the alcohol at this event, as well. I generally don't like being drunk in public, and driving is an issue for me too.

On the non-alcoholic side, have you tried the new limeade at O'Tators? It is fantastic.

I haven’t but it’s on my list

Well this just sucks. First they got rid of the Bushwacker at the Caribbean booth, and now the frozen booth got rid of the Frozen Mojito (which wasn't as good as the one at Universal Orlando). I can't let my kids run around Land of the Dragons without getting hammered. "You guys run around, I'll be rumming right here"

WILLIAMSBURG, Virginia (April 24, 2018) – A tasty adventure awaits culinary explorers during Busch Gardens® Food & Wine Festival May 25 – July 1. Individual tasting portions from around the world make exploring all that the Food & Wine Festival has to offer an easy task. The hardest decision for visitors will be deciding what to eat first.

The Busch Gardens Food & Wine Festival offers park guests the opportunity to sample a variety of food and beverages not normally served in the park. Visitors can enjoy authentic tastes from around the world at 16 themed kiosks while strolling through the world's most beautiful theme park. Throughout the event, festivalgoers also will have the opportunity to get up close and personal as chefs lead interactive and informative cooking demonstrations.

“This annual festival is quickly establishing Busch Gardens Williamsburg as a leading culinary destination in the region,” said culinary operations Vice President Franz Kitenko. “We can’t wait to share the delicious creations our team has cooked up.”

In 2018, the festival grows its international offerings by debuting all-new flavors from around the world. Special foods, wines and beers take the Food & Wine Festival to a whole new level.

Cuba – roasted pork Cuban sandwich, fried plantains, flan and a Cuba Libre cocktail.
Japan – lettuce wraps, chicken dumplings, sushi and green tea ice cream.
Brazil – grilled beef, pineapple, Brazilian sausage and a rum cocktail.
South Korea – grilled marinated beef, spicy barbecue ribs and kimchi
Enthusiasts can sample beer flights and pork schnitzel sliders in the Brauhaus

The park will add an exciting musical twist to the Food & Wine Festival this year. Exciting musical performances are on tap at the Royal Palace Theatre starting with country artist Scotty McCreery on June 9. The 2011 American Idol winner recently earned his first top-charting song, “Five More Minutes.”

Hunter Hayes is scheduled to perform on June 16. The Grammy-nominated country singer has hit No. 1 on the charts with “Somebody’s Heartbreak” and “Wanted.”

Closing out the festival’s concert series is pop artist Andy Grammer on June 30. His infectious smash hit, “Honey, I’m Good,” was one of the best-selling songs of 2015.

It all begins May 25 and runs every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, through July 1, including Memorial Day Monday. Spend part of your Memorial Day weekend watching fireworks Saturday evening, May 26 at Busch Gardens. The Food & Wine Festival is included with park admission.

Individual sampling portions and wine tastings are available for purchase inside the park. For more information, including complete kiosk menus, visit www.buschgardens.com/foodandwine. “Like” Busch Gardens on Facebook, and follow @BuschGardensVA on Twitter, Snapchat and Instagram.

Keeping the Schnitzelwitch around in Brauhaus is a great solution!

#ForScience is going to be interesting this year. Nicole... can we skip the sushi? It sounds like a health hazard!

the idea of eating sushi from busch gardens fightens me, i hope it's not as gross as walmart or 7/11 sushi... :(

As someone who is a sushi expert and connoisseur, I can't agree with this more. I'll only consider it if I see a legit Japanese chef making it fresh upon order.

Considering the volume and conditions, I really worry about this stuff... Could be worse it could be the pasta and tomato sauce.

I'm wondering if they're gonna use any raw fish. If they don't that defeats the purpose of even serving it. And raw fish has to be stored in 40° temps or less.

I would assume that it would be pre-made and stored in a separate refrigerator. And I'm pretty sure the health department has given strict guidelines on serving/storage. If not I can see a Sandlot style scene, replacing tobacco with sushi ha.

The exit of DarKastle (er, NewKastle) is an interesting choice of location for the India kiosk. Seriously though, this looks about 5x worse in person.

I wonder if they are going to give DarKastle onion domes to make it a less glaring contrast. It's the type of thing I would have expected during the Gasparian-era.
