Definitely try the Schnitzel! It is one of my all time favorite dishes. All it really is made up of is a breaded pork chop with lemon on top and it tastes amazing.I highly suggest it.

A friend of mine gave me an actual "passport" for food/wine/and beer. It is like a little booklet with a checklist! They will be handing these out when the event begins.

I'll try to take photos of it and post it today.

I probably missed a few menu signs, but can say that most were not out on Monday. I imagine they'll be putting the signs out as the week progresses. I'll be back Friday - if anyone has any additional requests, other than the obvious critiques, let me know.

I think I have pictures of all the signs that were out in my collection of 130+ Food & Wine related pictures that I took yesterday. I just have to find some way to turn 130+ pictures into a usable photo update.
