The park put a lot of work into these booths for them to only be there for a month. They really seem more like permanent structures. I'm curious what will happen to them after this is said and done.

I haven't seen this posted but do you guys know about the cashless wristband. You purchase it at the F&WF Welcome Center. You put your credit card info on it. All you have to do is scan it at any F&WF kiosk when you plan to make a purchase. At the end of the day, you just pay the total amount of your purchases.

Something tells me that this actually doesn't belong to the Wind and Food Festival but to the overall Re-Theme of France. I could be wrong, but it looks like it is made out of concrete in the photo.Zachary said:

When you're all moving from kiosk to kiosk, check out the surrounding edible plants. Some of them actually pertain to the cuisine itself, i.e. Olive Trellises were being added to the Italian booth as I was walking by today. Great touch - too bad people will pick them off and the plants themselves are going to have a hard time in this unbelievable heat. Olive trees are used to the harsh temperatures - grape vines, not so much.
