I would guess both. Either pay per visit or have a pass for all. You make more money that way. I'm sure it will have a name a little better than Food & Wine Festival.

Nope, I was told that was all it was going to be, maybe Busch Gardens Food & Wine Festival, but I haven't heard anything solid on a name.

I'd assume it was a sort of bracelet type thing that you buy at the entrance and then allows you to sample from around the park.

This is what I thought as well. It's a convenient way to do it, and will make going up to the booths a much smoother process IMO. I think if you had to individually pay for each booth, lines would be much longer; whereas if you had a quick scan of a bracelet, you could swiftly move to get your sample.

Saw some promotional material with baklava pictured... if that's true, then I am happy.

From the information shared on this thread, plus given the long length of the "festival," I picture just some extra food booths scattered in different countries, with walk-up, pay-per-item service. Do we have any more details about menus, payment options, etc. yet?

In other words, to me, just my impression, this sounds more like a themed promotion for some food booths rather than a more immersive "festival" that will be prominent throughout the park. What does everyone think -- is that off-base and this will be a much bigger event than I am visualizing?

Thanks for commenting, pandora. I'm thinking something along the lines of Wild Days or even smaller. But a big food event with wristbands so you could pay one price and do lots of tasting would be a lot of fun and a real addition to the park experience.

YES!!! I have been dying for them to get Schnitzel!!!!! That was my favorite german entree when I had lived in Germany! It is such a classic, you could find it everywhere over there almost. It is one of the best foods ever!!
Canada in New France, I wonder who the genius who thought that up is, lol?
Ah yes, I am glad they are serving Ratatouille, so now I can finally taste the dish I've only seen in movies ;)
No recipe for Italy?
Shepherds Pie!! Yay, I am excited to see this on the list, sadly the description of it leads me to believe is this the entree I used to eat and love as a child?

So after reading all those pages I have come to the conclusion that their food selection is amazing and definitely what I would like them to have all year round. The dishes are very authentic and delicious sounding; my only hope is they deliver just that. I might actually spend the extra money for some of this.

So who still thinks this might be a fail for the park because I am seeing +++++++ all across the board so far.

Selection definitely sounds pretty good, but like BGWScream, I can't get too excited until I hear some costs. If it is going to be per-item pricing, it won't be too appealing for me. If there's some kind of all-inclusive price, that would be amazing.

Hope they've given some thought to lines/traffic issues at the kiosks.

I think Scotland and Spain is where I shall be dining. Shepherds Pie & Toffee! Tapas & Hazelnut Custard!! Is it me or did the Italy menu get the shaft?

Am I the only one who finds it hilarious that Canada is on the list? Yeah, I know New France is Canada...but still! I don't know, I think it's funny.

I also find it funny how all of Italy's offerings are dessert.
