Just popping in to say that the beignets I had yesterday were the best I’ve had over the various beignet-having events at the park: warm, not raw, maybe a LITTLE lacking in powdered sugar but it didn’t matter given how fresh they were.

Given I had enjoyed a donut so fresh that the glaze melted into it a couple hours earlier, big moment for fried dough at the park.

May have already been pointed out, but were the shrimp always ”Crisply”?

Yup.

We were tempted to use that spelling in our review, but it is correct in the official guide.
