They are changing the outside and cave hallway inside to match the Airport theme. (Which means it will be staying. UGH!) *By the way, I don't want this to happen, I'm just making an edumacted guess.* :)

Oh, trust me, I'm awake. Just waiting on just a few more things until I hit the publish button. I need to be 100% sure of this one because, well, if true, it's massive news. Two hours should hopefully be a safe bet.

Actually, they (in theory) could switch out the computer software with a newer version that would allow for smoother ride vehicle movements and replace the projectors with much more clearer ones that are able to display a higher definition or at least switch the video with a lower definition version. Temporary walls to cover up the rock walls on the inside are extremely simple to do and we all see how thing can just pop up out of no where, so I really think it can be done within a week, BUT the park has shown no effort or care for the ride whatsoever so I am not holding my breath.

Well I was talking about the actual Movie part of it. Yea sure we could renovate the system, and the "castle airport." However, even if they change all those things people still won't go to it, because the movie hasn't changed. And the movie itself is quite boring.

Though you should keep discussion about the closure of Europe in the Air in the thread linked above, I've reopened the ride's official Attractions thread to allow people to discuss the ride itself. Also, because I'm such a cool guy, I thought I'd start things out with a bang.

Busch Gardens Williamsburg, if you see this and would like the video to be removed, let me know and I will do so. With that said, please understand that we have shared this video for documentation purposes and are not making a single penny by releasing it to the public. We hope that Busch Gardens Williamsburg fans for years to come will be able to come and view this substantial piece of the park's history and learn more about the ride that came before whatever you have in store next for the building which housed it.

It's nice to see the video without jarring movements. Also nice to be able to listen to the very cool music at a nice volume or without industrials fans on.

Yes, I just said something good about the ride. Although it's nice to see the film without the movements, it's still has many flaws.

So a pro and a con in one post should level it out.

I actually think Youtube quality is better than in-park quality as far as playback goes. No blurry images, then again I didn't have it full screen sized.

It really felt weird to watch the video and not feel the motions but you expect them.

I have a projector so now I can project the video on a large wall or screen, add some fans, a rocking chair and bam the whole experience is alive again!

That actually scares me a bit, those legs? supports? I never imagined them to look like that, in fact I haven't really ever thought about the underneath of the box?
