Not a huge loss for this park. The tight spiral lift and the way the ride meanders around the top “columns” of the structure are cool, but this is one of the most painful coasters I’ve ever ridden. I think I have a pretty high tolerance for rough coasters, but this thing would absolutely slam your gut into the restraint and your shoulders into the side of the car, not to mention some painful whiplash moments.
The whole Russian space area felt outdated and reminded me a lot of the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum before it was renovated. The park’s themed area and coaster lineups will be stronger with this upgrade.
