So the all new Eurosat has opened at Europa Park featuring two different rides on the same track system. NewsPlusNotes has a great write-up recapping the important points of this really cool sounding re-imagined coaster. Also, I've included images provided by the park to media outlets.

I do not believe that the second and totally separate Coastialilty VR station for the "Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets" themed VR experience has opened yet, but it was previously reported and visible in concept art that the queue and station for this separate experience would be located on the other side of the building as to not clash with the seriously gorgeous Moulin Rouge themeing that the park has put in for the "traditional ride experience."

Here is concept art for the Coastiality VR Station, and as you can see, it appears to be intentionally a little more generic so that they can change out the Media content as IP's come and go from public popularity. It's generic enough were it could go with most anything, yet modern enough to fit with the futuristic setting of Valerian.

This Tweet has the only photo I've been able to find of the finished exterior of Coastiality's station. From the looks of inside the windows they're still working on getting that part ready.

After being rumored for years, the addition of a new thrill coaster and country to Europa Park was officially confirmed at the start of this season, but the park didn't reveal much outside of the fact that it will be a Big Dipper with new 16 person trains in a new croatian area.
That being said the ride was rumored to be named Voltron Coaster and to feature a vertical launch.
Since then, permits (or at least administrative documents) of the ride have been made accessible on the website of the city the park is located in (as required in the planning procedure), however they were very "messy".

And that's why I created a simplified (but as complete as I could) plan of the new ride from my analysis of these documents, and here it is:

Clear Layout v2 1.png

1 : Separate Unload & load stations
2 : Potential show scene
3 : Vertical launch
4 : Loop
5 : Downward roll

8 : Non inverting immelmann
9 : Stall
10 : Airtime hill
11 : "Dive" (Stengel dive? Overbank?)
12 : "Loop" (Dive loop?)
13 : Brake run
14 : Turntable
15 : Triple launch
16 : Spike (Vertical? Inversion? Twisted?)
17 : Tophat
18 : Airtime hill
19 : "Reverse banked stall" (Outer bank?)
20 : Double up
21 : Brake run
22 : Roll (Barrel roll? Zero-G?)
23 : S-curve
24 : Corkscrew
25 : Final brake run

: Rails
: Station
: Show scene
: Vertical launch
: Triple launch
: Turntable
: Brake runs
: Buildings
: Paths and exterior queue
: Unknown rest of the area

A : Maintenance bay
B : Planned warehouse (not yet built)
C : Entrance of the coaster
D : Path linking Croatia to Russia
E : Exit gift shop

In addition to that, I made a few alternate versions of the plan:

So what do you think of this new coaster coming to Europa Park?
In my opinion it looks to be a complete roller coaster experience thanks to it being a lenghty mix of both airtime and inversion complemented with unusual propulsion methods.
We can expect a well themed station from EP, as well as a show scene before the first launch, that being said I hope that the turtable and triple launch area will be themed as the train will have to spend a few tenths of seconds moving relatively slowly in that part of the layout.

I just learned today about "ignore" and what exactly it does. Very handy. As far as this coaster, it sounds great, but... how reliable will a vertical launch be? I guess there is only one way to find out. Should feel amazing, I'd think.

It's a mixed bag.... it hides the train wreck but you still constantly see references to that train wreck. I was excited to find that option as well but then got mroe annoyed. YMMV

Storm Coaster already is operating with one.

This coaster will never be the first thing that comes to mind when I hear that name.

Visiting Europa Park more and more just feels like an inevitability. This ride is just the cherry on top of the excellence.

Pro-tip: if you visit Europa Park, make the trip a few hours north and visit Efteling in the Netherlands too. Not only will you get to visit the Netherlands too (amazing country), but you’ll visit what might be the most magical theme park in the world.

I was lucky enough to visit both Europa Park and Efteling this summer when I traveled to Europe. I can’t say for sure since I haven’t visited every theme park in the world, but I would confidently guess that Europa Park and Efteling may very well be the two best theme parks in the world. Visiting both within a week of each other was the ultimate pair of theme park visits.

Don’t let this distract from the absolute beast of a new coaster that Europa is about to open. But if you’re in the “neighborhood” for Europa Park, don’t forget about the much-less-often talked about Efteling, which is easily my favorite theme park I’ve ever visited. Just a little travel tip to anyone reading this and considering a trip to Europa someday!

^I only had a few hours at Efteling (I split a half-day with Toverland), but was stunned at how beautiful it was. Maybe I've just been to BGW too many times, but there's no reason Efteling shouldn't win 'Most Beautiful Theme Park' every year, forever. There's no jaw-dropping, world-beater thrill coaster there IMO, but it really is magical with all it's themed coasters and dark rides. It's like a 6-hour drive from EP to Efteling, and Phantasialand is about halfway between, which is an absolute must-do. And then I'd give a recommendation of Toverland, too... and then Tripsdrill is quite charming... and now you've successfully snowballed into a 3 week trip 🤣
