Also, we need a theme park centered around the HR IP. There could be a Trogdor coaster, Teen Girl Squad land, Strongbadia, and a real-life Bub's Concession Stand. Plus, the possibilities are endless when it comes to Strong Bad's characters (Stinkoman themed dark ride, anyone?)

I wasn’t there today and am not trying to argue against @Jahrules but friends of mine said it was testing all day. Anybody have any pics with riders so I can shut them up lol

I double checked with @Jahrules because people told me it was closed later this afternoon too. @Jahrules reaffirmed to me that he saw plain clothes riders (read: didn't seem to be employees) abord boats and guests in the queue right around park opening. When he went by again a little later this afternoon, they had closed and were back to testing/training.

Was anyone else there right around park opening? All of the closed reports I heard came later.

So, no. I didn't get pics. But I definitely saw humans onboard and people in line. However, I wouldn't rule out the riders as members of maintenance/ops riding as part of training; nor would I be able to say whether or not the people in line got on or got turned away.

What I can say is that I've always seems rides testing have a park member or sign out front to turn people away and I saw no such sign this morning.

My gut feeling is that this was some sort of training soft to get ops the final hours training that they needed with humans to get certified to open this weekend, which, being a holiday will surely have the park wanting it open.

Side note: Le scoot was also testing, but I saw no humans on it. And there was a training sign in the entrance to the queue.

Has anyone ridden pompeii? If so are any effects different/ off?
I have not I tried twice but it's being cranky and keeps going down for periods. The park is now in a weather hold so if that clears before I need to hit the road I will try again.

So it *is* open right now to guests?
Edit: Just saw other thread thanks for the report!

Just rode it. I did not get all the fire areas lighting but all other effects including the doors are working. The lighting is significantly less then what I recall it being in recent years which added nicely to the feel
