This looks like a sale of parks to Innovative Attraction Management. Some of the new trademark names are for the parks in Old Forge, NY that were purchased in 2024.

OLD FORGE — One of the Adirondack’s most iconic attractions, Water Safari Resort, was sold to a Florida-based hospitality company, ending nearly five decades of ownership by the Noonan family.
Innovative Attraction Management bought the resort’s properties, including Enchanted Forest Water Safari, Calypso’s Cove, Old Forge Camping Resort and Water’s Edge Inn on March 1, according to a news release. The price was not disclosed.

Whoa. If this is true, Six Flags is essentially creating a mini Six Flags company by selling off all these parks.
None of these parks really create any synergies with other SF properties, so this makes sense if they can focus on more core assets. Even if this were creating a wholly owned subsidiary, it's likely to better temper expectations on the product line across the chain.

Welp here's some new trademarks:

May have something to do with Innovative Attraction Management, which operates Enchanted Forest Water Safari in Old Forge, NY. Seems to be building a chain of ex-Six Flags properties?

Edit: Here's more: Trademark applications may point to sale of Six Flags parks

Curious they wouldn't keep all the Texas parks together (Schlitterbahn Galveston?) unless it is not meeting expectations. Also splitting up MiA and Cedar Point seem unwise, since they common idea was that MiA fed gets to Cedar Point - surely that sold some upgraded season passes (same with Great Escape/SFNE, and if that's going, I wonder if Dorney Park stays being so close to Great Adventure, although these are in wildly different markets). And also I wonder if Discovery Kingdom could be a part of this as well, since they may already have the name trademarked without the Six Flags name on it?

i (personally) think this is a operational lease think like, la ronde kinda where Montreal actually owns the park sf runs it. this is the opposite, i am assuming sf is going to own the land still & this new company will operate the parks as normal just under a diff name

I strongly, strongly doubt that Six Flags is selling operations leases @Thrills & Chills WQAQ. Six Flags is looking to raise capital fast, hence asset sales. Plus, Six Flags is positioned to be an incredibly efficient park operator given their scale. I can't imagine how they could structure an operations contract deal where they stand to gain more profits than they could extract from these properties themselves.

I find the Innovative Attraction Management sale theory extremely likely. I assume there are more trademarks coming in the days ahead though as I don't understand how selling Oceans of Fun and the campground makes sense while holding onto Worlds of Fun. One assumes an Enchanted Parks World's of Fun trademark is right around the corner? Who knows how many others there could be too...

Also, moderation note: Moved and merged all of the discussion into a rumor thread.

a new company called “Enchanted Parks” formed up and there’s a lot of trademarks in it, one of them being Great Escape Lodge, the lodge at Six Flags Great Eacape and it’s starting to give me the chills..

You guys also noticed?

More shocking Six Flags park changes could be on the way, trademark docs reveal

"When reached for comment, a Six Flags spokesperson declines to address "rumors or speculation," before adding that "we have been actively reviewing our park portfolio and are committed to making decisions that strengthen the company and position us for profitable growth."

EW has additionally reached out to the attorney of record listed on the filing applications, which reportedly belong to the Enchanted Parks Holdings, LLC, that's based in Delaware with a mailing address in Orlando, per documents."
