The brisket at Fire House was back to good, sliced brisket this trip. I apparently hit a bad batch of something last time.

The brisket and potatoes were absolutely on point from both a seasoning and cooking standpoint. That brisket was absolutely melting in my mouth, but still had that bark on the exterior.
