The thing that most bangs my head is the corkscrew or whatever you call it, going out and then again coming back. I have never figured out a way to avoid that.
I never have any issues with headbanging on this, but this is 100% the shakiest moment of the ride

I believe people's comfort on B&M hard OSTR coasters is highly correlated with how the restraints fall on them. If you have a shorter torso and your brain is between the sides of the OSTR (rather than your neck, cheeks, etc), the amount your head can shift without colliding with the restraint is far, far less. Plus, the areas of your body that make contact with the hard OSTR if your head does shift enough causes a great deal more pain.

They should re-paint it light blue and give it the theme of the Wave at Drayton Manor.

Dominator is more shaky in the more popular front of the train. Back doesn't leave you marveling at its smoothness but is pretty average for a roller coaster. The corkscrews are not particularly shaky. The right hand seats will push your head to the right however due to centrifugal force. In the far right seat I have learned to not stress my neck muscles opposing it, but instead use the restraint and use muscles just to keep my head from sliding forward out of it. The left seats get a proper heartlining effect. The right is more intense.

It’s not B&Ms fault that short people without long necks ride their rides.

I do think Dominator is one of the “better” floorless coasters. That said I just struggle to find them as appealing nowadays. The view is better than from an invert, but I’d rather most inverts than most floorless coasters. I almost wish they just kept them as the sit down model as I find Hulk and Kumba more fun than basically all Floorless coasters.

So, a repaint? Can't really see them doing much to improve immersion without dropping serious capex to expand and theme that section of the park
