If they do they need to have some kickin rides to beat out BGW and KD its going to be hard to start a park right near some of the best.

Im pretty sure disney wont build a park anywhere in Virginia. BGW and KD already have an established Niche to capacitate the theme park need here.
This isn't Orlando
EDIT: Forgot about SFA, Thats three major theme parks in the VA/DC area. Enough IMO.
