But why is the park trying to hide Verbolten's building when DarKastle's building can clearly be seen from the main path and Alpengeist's exit? Plus you can see Verbolten's building from the catering area, the smoking area by the bumper cars, and from the top of Mach Tower.

The green thing just traps heat in summer and causes water to splash into the queue when it rains.

You can say the same for Spiderman and all of Marvel land from the top of Storm.

It's more important to hide the "secret" parts of the rides from guests on major pathways, most guests don't look for the little things like that so it barely crosses their minds especially while on rides.

The park is just too darn cheap to theme every little thing a guest might happen to see, so they try to cover things up. But they only focus on covering up the major parts.

While it's important for the park to hide some backstage areas, Verbolten's building is located next to the bumper cars queue, not tucked away behind a facade like most Disney/Universal attractions. Not only that, but you can still see it pretty easily from other parts of the area.

Guests will still pick and claw at the green mesh thingy so they can get a peek at the building. If the park really wanted to hide it, they would've planted larger trees or used a more permanent wall than a green mesh.

I'm sure they just neglected to remove it after construction was completed. That type of mesh is just used to protect the area from debris.

My brother dragged me on this today like he does every visit. The ugly green mesh is finally gone from the side of the queue of Die Autobahn. Although Verbolten's event building is still there, it looks much better with it gone now.

Hey @thopping, a little 'carry over' from our discussion in the Finnegan's Flyer thread......Die Autobahn bugs the shit out of me. Proper German it should be Der Autobahn, as Autobahn is a 'male' noun earning it the "Der" designation in using "The" before the word to say "The Highway". "Die" is the 'female' noun.
