I need to start praying nightly to Gov Northam and the ghost of Carl Lum for a quick and speedy removal of Autobahn to be replaced with a much better ride. I remember when my prayers were answered with the shit-canning of Le Mans for Griffon.

Hmm, I gotta disagree there. KD's bumper cars have the stupid median in the middle, but they make up for it with a much zippier - and rougher - ride. So I'd say VA's two theme park bumper car rides are a draw.

I think at full lock they have just a slight turn, but it's pretty close.

Hmm, I gotta disagree there. KD's bumper cars have the stupid median in the middle, but they make up for it with a much zippier - and rougher - ride. So I'd say VA's two theme park bumper car rides are a draw.

Rougher and zippier don't mean squat when the ride ops won't let you bump your cars... It's in the freaking name, bumper cars!

The ops weren't letting you bump the cars? That's never been the case when I've ridden Dodgem... and totally defeats the point! You must've ridden when the new guy was on duty

That's from a few different trips over different seasons - always the same, the ride op wants me to go one direction around the circle instead of cool with bumping.

I prefer Die Autobahn over Dodgems, but I will always pick BGW or KD (I’m super biased). Also, I rode bumper cars at Ocean City, MD not too long ago. Granted boardwalks have much cheaper rides anyways, Die Autobahn was worlds better, and I’ve appreciated the ride a lot more ever since.
