If the park does re-open sooner than later, and you plan on going, you need to be extra cautious with how you conduct your day. Make sure you wash your hands after every ride, don’t touch rails and then your face, don’t shake hands with anyone, etc.

If a goose hits you in the face, be sure to wash extra well.
That’s what I was gonna do if they were open today. If the park does re-open sooner than later, and you plan on going, you need to be extra cautious with how you conduct your day. It could also be that they are concerned about having a large number of young people living in fairly crowded conditions and catching the virus. If someone in that program is carrying it it's going to spread through the program really fast.No idea about BGW but WDW has canceled the current college program kids and they have to be out of housing by Wednesday. This is a huge sign they don’t plan on opening at the end of the month and I take it as a sign it will be at least around memorial day at the earliest. I don’t see SEAS opening their parks until DIS does here in the US.
I talked about it in another thread that I'll post a link to below but these programs account for less than the 10% of the staff at Disney World. I'm sure it had more to do with the fact that they don't want the groups in the dorms during the closure because if it gets in the dorms then everyone is going to get it. Colleges are all doing the same thing as well. They are kicking everyone out of the dorms and sending them home.Yes that is the reason given, but can Disney even staff the parks with out all the CP folks? They also sent home all the international ambassadors. The next CP group isn’t until late may I think.

I wonder if covid19 will delay the park from even opening on the new date of april 1st?
