When we were watching the UOR Citywalk videos and everyone seemed to show a guy at the moving sidewalks with a rag just standing there wiping the handrail as it moved. I personally think that was a "look we are cleaning moment" because just about all cleaners have a wet dwell time. Also all the people wearing masks are the "ill do anything to go" people. Many of those bloggers are hurting for views and will do basically anything to get new content. It will be interesting what it looks like in a week or two when more of the tourist population returns. I also think WDW is making a good move by haveing actual healthcare workers doing those temperature checks not just a security guard with a faceshield. It also makes sense finalcially so anytie they decide the temp checks are useless they can end them without having to do something with those extra employees.
As someone who has actually been to CityWalk during this reopening and not just watching videos, there are more than just bloggers going. In fact there were a lot of various people there, families, teens, adults, and the elderly.
The only reason why there were nothing but bloggers at Disney Springs is because they were given a one-day early press day to cover and advertise the new changes.

There was a very small portion of bloggers....actually only one that was invited to the media preview that I know of but Tim Tracker said the number of people there yesterday for the media preview was about 10. There are quite a few "live" streams coming out of there this morning and im sure we will see the tube vids tonight.
The point being ... it was not open to the general public; therefore your earlier assumption that only the 'bloggers' are going right now is absolutely incorrect.
Wrong, im talking about opening day of Citywalk and live videos, tweets and FB posts of Disney Springs from today. The only video I have seen of the media preview was the tracker one and he didnt show anyone else. I never said that "only the bloggers are going right now".
There’s no way to know if that person is unable to wear a mask due to a disability, was tired and couldn’t breathe well from wearing a mask, or is flaunting the rules on mask wearing. This kind of picking apart photos is why mandatory mask policies should be avoided and instead highly recommend wearing masks policies be used. Someone with a legitimate disability shouldn’t have to explain themselves constantly, likely in violation of HIPAA, due to mandatory mask policies.
FYI the rules state as long as you are at a table you can remove your mask for dining. They were obviously dining.
1) Doing some following up on the picture/tweet, the issue was more the grilling and not the lack of masks. So it's not an example of why mandatory mask policies should be avoided. Its a cautionary tale in not being a dumbass.
2) No someone with a legitimate disability shouldn't have to explain themselves constantly, however most states do have some level of documentation for anyone that needs certain medical items out in public (service dogs, oxygen tanks, etc). These cards don't violate HIPAA laws, they just state that what you have is medically necessary. Doctors could issue similar notes that just say it's medically dangerous for an individual to wear a mask, and carry it where you go.
3) This specific instance, it looks like they felt the need to hide the grill in a suit case, get to a table, then open it up, so I would say they are more deliberately breaking rules to attempt to make a point.
Prince William County-owned pools and waterparks won't open this summer
Prince William County-owned outdoor pools and waterparks will not open during the 2020 summer season due to health and operational concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
This may be a sign of things to come for water parks. The main issue they say is staffing and having those staff trained in a timeframe that would make sense with actually opening the pools.

- Face masks highly recommended, not required. Handed out for anyone that doesn't have one.
- Temperature checks for entry
- 50% capacity
- Table service only for food
- Reservation dates recommended, but not required. I'll assume they will turn away patrons without a reservation once they hit capacity.
