Wait Disney had 100,000+ N95 masks and just now donating? That’s like Facebooks HQ having 40,000 employees and having 750,000 N95 masks to donate and waiting to use them.

It could also be that they purchased these masks in order to donate. I'm not sure that these are necessarily masks that they already had on hand.In Disney's defense, they have a maintenance staff supporting a small city and probably go through N95 masks on a pretty regular schedule for all kinds of hazardous work.
This would be an indicator that Disney doesn't expect to re-open anytime soon, as masks are a necessary OSH item for a lot of work, and re-stocking may not be a quick turnaround.
And you don't know they're was a delay. They could have done it weeks ago but the site just caught wind of it. I'm sorry, but you made a judgement based on an assumption. Why is it unnecessary? This is a personal philosophy, but I don’t praise companies for doing action late even if it’s still needed. I’m sorry but I don’t think it’s unnecessary to ask “why the delay?”

Disney is under absolutely no obligation to anybody to donate supplies. They are an entertainment company. The mere fact that they donated at all is something to be praised, especially at a time when we could really use some positive news.
And that's fine. I said I'm glad they did. I'm still allowed to question why companies that had something desperately needed didn't act sooner though and I feel like I'm being chastised for having that opinion.
I had a longer response typed out but it's not really worth continuing to go on about. I've been now chastised for criticizing a delayed donation, and now called 'ungrateful' for criticizing holding onto much needed equipment.
I wish he provided a better argument for his opinion
While I don't think any donation can really be criticized, I don't believe @warfelg is being 'ungrateful' and he has his right to an opinion. I wish he provided a better argument for his opinion, but that's not really the point of my post.
It is clear enough that there are possible reasons why the donation may have happened well into the crisis versus towards the start. It is also very clear no one truly knows the specifics or logistics of when all this occurred as well.
That doesn't mean, attacking others because they believe a late donation is questionable is fair game.
Also, they donated rain ponchos too as protective equipment.
I think I would describe criticizing . . . as "ungrateful'".
