Recently the park has really been breaking out of their shell with manufacturers. I am not personally too interested in that one, but I wouldn't rule it out yet. With the way the park seems to be adding rides currently, they might soon compete with KD in terms of quantity. However, quality is what I want from BG. I don't want them to become coaster hoarders.
Good points.
I think some great flats are needed in some areas. A Ferris wheel is England for example. Yea is that sterotypical? Heck yea. But my issue right now is the rides are "unbalanced". So many flats in San Marco and Germany, but meanwhile England/Scotland/Ireland, Pompeii, France are all hamlets with one ride.
My "concepts" think tank that people can run with:
~Spinning wild mouse with taxi themed cars, Ferris Wheel in England
~EitA gets overhauled in Ireland, riverdance show
~Scotland gets a "funhouse" like ride themed for a haunted castle (yes I know Darkastle is in the park but stick with it)
~Pompeii's EFP gets ripped out with the event building re-purposed for a indoor ride. My "concept" would be a "Revenge of the Mummy" clone called "Fires of Pompeii". Use the outdoor area for a flat or two. Mini Launch (for kids) tower, and another small flat (something that swings and spins?)
~Re-name Tempeto for another Roman god. Make that entire area Rome, theme it all as "inside the SPQR".
~Re-do San Marco area as Italian Wine Country.
~France needs some things around the show and Griffin to bring some interest. Bring back a car ride and name is "San Monico" for the big F1 Race held in south France.
~In Germany would be a total redo of DarKastle. I would re-do the entire ride to make it a journey into the brothers Grimm stories. They mostly take place in Germany. A ride where you are going into the forest (yes I know Verbolton uses it as well) with little red, encounters with Hansel and Grethel, rumpelstiltskin, rapunzel. The DarKastle doesn't really entirely fit Germany. Fairy tales come to life would fit more in with Germany. Bump Alpengeist to be French Alps, and add some other small ride to make it work.
