Is the $20 parking fee for members as well? No huge deal if it is since I know the park needs to make a buck, just asking in advance before I arrive Saturday morning.

I know this is like a triple post now but I was looking at the fine print for the parking pass online and found this,

"Valid for one-day of General Parking at Busch Gardens Williamsburg Coasters and Craft Brews Special Event for one vehicle. Prices and products are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes. May not be copied, transferred, resold or refunded. Not redeemable for cash. Void if altered. EXPIRES Aug.30, 2020."

So expect another extension to the event possibly.

Apparently you can still get the parking for 10 dollars on the website so I guess i would highly recommend you do that sooner than later if you need to buy parking for the event.

Lots to unpack in that decision, but one factor is they’re using parking as a way to discourage no-shows from Fun Card users, who are the only group that is paying for parking but not paying for entry to the park.

I have my reservation for saturday afternoon but it looks like the weather is potentially going to be trash. Wonder if they will close the park early if thunderstorms roll through since there arent as many shops for people to shelter in.

They'd sell more online parking if it stated what the gate price is. I would have been extremely annoyed. I don't usually buy anything in advance if a real choice.

Are there any announcements or is there any signage during this event regarding when Celtic Fyre will return next year? Could anyone going to the event ask Kevin if they see him. We unfortunately will not be able to visit the park this season. Hope y'all are enjoying the event!

It’s very unlikely that an opening date has been set for the show—way too much is up in the air right now.

I don’t want to alarm anyone—I expect Celtic Fyre to return—probably in 2021—but it’s almost certainly too early for an actual date.

Was there last night, and parking at the gate is $10. Not sure why others are saying $20. Great event, by the way. Unfortunately, rain shut the rides down shortly after 6, and I'm not sure when it came back up. We had dinner at the Smokehouse and left at around 7:15 with heavy rain still going.

Did anyone personally see a sign at the park entrance that listed parking at $20? Or is this information all based on third party reporting?

Forgot to mention this hilarious observation earlier. Right before the entrance turnstiles, BGW has put up laminated QR codes on the stone arches. Naturally, I decided to scan one. I assume they’re meant to direct guests to what they’re supposed to do if they don’t have a reservation. But the funny thing is that if you scan the QR code, it doesn’t direct you to a “No Reservations” page on the BGW site or anything. It literally Googles the word “NORESERVATION” and that’s it. It cracks me up because this is such a classic BGW mistake to make.

This is what you get when you scan the QR code. I love it.

Im honestly shocked they arent closing today due to rain. The place has to be empty and theres no where to escape the rain.

I'm less than 5 miles away and we've had over 7" in the last 2 days. Most of it today with 5". So far.

We were going last night, headed up that way and it was pouring. Afetr a while decided to just eat somewhere else up that way and hopfully it lets up and we go in and get dessert. at 8:30 it was still pouring so we gave up and headed back home. Tonight looks even worse.
