How is that even grounds for a lawsuit? Like even if they intentionally not interacted with POC guests, which obviously would be a shitty thing to do, it still shouldn't be a violation of law. There is no guarantee built into your ticket purchase that a specific character will wave at your child.

Unless Sesame Place has a written or otherwise clearly documented policy for their actors stating: "Don't wave to black kids" I don't see this going anywhere.

I assume the lawyer is shooting for a settlement just to get it out of the news.
