Changes to New France?

Believe it or not, but the swings are the same way. BGW often takes the whole ride apart for maintenance and cleaning. From what I know, it is pretty easy to take down and reassemble.

I'm just hoping they repaint it and theme it like it's made of wood again. How cool would that bee to see it faux painted like bark with a bunch of rope lashing? The Katapault that is, not the swings. Then again a wooden Der Whirlblewind sounds interesting.

As you think about it, it would be a perfect paintjob it would blend right in like it has always been there.

I agree, anything is better than the yellow carnival style paintjob, and setting for that matter, it had in Oktoberfest.

To me it seems really easy to convert New France into Switzerland, and if you get rid of the theater in France you can expand both countries with new rides, shops, theming, etc.

^I'm not so sure about removing the theater. Some of the concerts are performed there (wasn't it Miranda Cosgrove last year?) and it is a massive part of the park to just trash. Doesn't the penguin trail at Christmastown run through it too? I've never done Catacombs so maybe that too?
Too many usages to just dump.

Well, considering they just added at least 1k seats to the RPT, I doubt they have plans on getting rid of it.
