Busch Gardens: Errant emails were glitch

I'm honestly confused as to why people are upset. Although, I find it interesting that the order ID numbers are different for each email, as I got two and they were different. My guess is someone in IT was messing with a system and accidentally sent out what was suppose to be a test email to the park's marketing list. One does have to wonder though, if this could just be someone trying to stick it to SWP&E for the recently announced layoffs in whatever minor way they could...just food for thought.

The "official" responses I saw on Twitter and Facebook the park said their system archives all previous emails from orders made at any of their other parks. Curious if it then correlated their email address in the database to a previous order which is then the reason why each have a different order number/date issued.

For people that did not have an order 94% of the list...got random numbers for confirmations.

It makes since. It happened to me at my job (at a large company.) We accidentally sent out shipping confirmations to our entire email list. Just because someone forget to check a box in the system. The confirmation numbers were just random numbers. Thankfully it wasn't my error.

you know he has a point...  People do smell...

Okay... seriously... People who put their arms up really are the worst... Who do they think they are? He is right, it is because of this behavior that rides are uncomfortable and truly that is why we can not have nice things.

I for one would never ride without holding on. Only show offs who do not know how to ride a coaster the RIGHT way would do that. Everyone knows the most important thing on a coaster is the view, and if you ride it wrong you can destroy the experience for everyone on the train.

But seriously, what an absurd thought to have.

I never would have thought that I was 'ruining' someone else's ride by putting my hands up. I have always taken steps in the 'personal hygiene' department to rid others of displeasure with my presence, so there is no worry in that area. I don't raise my hands for the reason that this post represents though. I'm not showing people that I am not afraid. You all have probably figured out by now that I don't really care what other people think of me. I raise my hands to enhance the sensation of weightlessness. Usually my arms are more in the 'forward' position than straight up. My depiction of a zombie in most coaster pictures proves this.

Honestly, for the sake of decorum, I would prefer if all riders sat quietly in their seats, facing forward, with their hands in their laps. If this position is appropriate for dinner, why on earth would we wish to present ourselves otherwise in public? People need to stop acting like screaming banshees, flailing around, and generally making spectacles of themselves. My mother always said it is incredibly tacky to draw attention to oneself.
