Wow. I don't think I have ever seen such a well-written response from the park's Facebook page. I think they should make more of an attempt to answer questions. It makes the park look like they actually care, which most of them probably do. Keep in mind; most people posting on the parks Facebook page think that they are actually talking to the "managers" or even "owners" of the park themselves. They don't realize they are only talking to somebody from marketing that has little to no liberty to answer them.
 
I'm sure they report any serious issues back to a level of management, though. This situation makes the park look bad and not very well run, which could potentially have a negative impact on attendance.

I'm glad someone took time to write back. It shows a level of maturity we haven't seen from the park in awhile.

+1 for BGW.

I agree with the posts above. I feel this was very well written and very professional. It is nice to see that they took the time and effort to get to the bottom of things instead of ignoring it like most people thing they would.
