I didn't know they had paper and plastic. Well shit i want the hard ones nowI think @TheNerdyEnthusiast is talking about the hard plastic cards. They are an upcharge and they can do them as long as the machine is working (it's a game of roulette).

Oh yes. It's like the McDonald's ice cream machine up in there.I think @TheNerdyEnthusiast is talking about the hard plastic cards. They are an upcharge and they can do them as long as the machine is working (it's a game of roulette).
Right! My paper one is super faded and torn in the corner. Plastic is 100% the better option.I didn't know they had paper and plastic. Well shit i want the hard ones now
If the plastic card machine is not working, then have them print you a new paper one and cover it with clear packaging tape. I did that with mine back in 2018 and it is still in great shape. Do not laminate. The heat will ruin the pass.Right! My paper one is super faded and torn in the corner. Plastic is 100% the better option.
You can buy self-seal laminating sheets that don’t use heat. I used to do that for my pass.Do not laminate. The heat will ruin the pass.
Unless something has changed in recent years he can get in free but you might want to get the preschool pass anyhow as it will last the whole year even if his birthday is before the end of the year. Are toddlers able to get free admission with a membership pass? Have a 2.5 year old who will turn 3 later this year. Is he able to get in free up until his third birthday? And from there we need a preschool pass?
Turns out Seaworld/BGW just charged my credit card for a second membership randomly. What is this company lol.I recently bought a membership with the ezpay plan. It was suppose to be around $270 total. I was charged $192 by Seaworld today and that payment is listed on my account under the ezpayments. But it made no difference in the total amount I still owe. Any idea what this is about? Or who best to contact?
Random letters work fine as well.We just enter our initial's.
To be fair that seems to be more or less the industry standard service fee for parks right now as I had to pay layout the same maybe even a little more for a service fee when I renewed passes last year with two other companies.I just renewed my 1-Park Unlimited membership the other day. Called the order in as I wanted to make sure that I got the $20 discount for paying in full that I have gotten, and they have given for years. The guy I talked with, after waiting for a while was very nice. But he tried to push the 2 park membership that includes WCUSA. I told him I didn't want this as I never go to WC as I'm older. I didn't care that it was the same price. Well he said that it was good my renewal was now as they were implementing a price increase in just a couple of days. Sure enough, the same pass is now $21 more than what I paid. But I didn't get the pay in full discount which kind of pissed me off. But the worst part is the damn Service Fee is $24.99! What a rip off. This may be the last year I have a membership as it's getting to be where I'm sure if it's worth it anymore.
Edit: I just realized that this year will make 18 years of having a membership.
Their systems as a whole are so mind bogglingly terrible and disjointed. The passport to thrills promo being run right now is an absolute pain and so dumb to redeem. They are now checking dates on the vouchers to match dates their computer system says you visited. Makes entirely no sense, if you know what dates I came to the park then why do I need to waste time and paper printing off a voucher to come stand in line at guest services to get the reward. All the rewards should be fully automated on the app, you visit then the reward automatically populates in your app and you use said reward. Also, did you know that guest services can't pull information from merchandise or culinary for refunds or issues involved with those departments. The employee we talked to said it was incredibly frustrating for them cause half of the time they can't help the guest because of it.So at the Q&A on Sunday, Kevin stated that he knew the kiosks are a problem point and they were pushing to have rewards in the app so you don't have to use the kiosks to print out your rewards in the future. The decision falls on corporate and I know the Florida parks have the same issue with the kiosks.
The whole not asking for your name in the kiosks is a step in the right direction for sure.
