I think @TheNerdyEnthusiast is talking about the hard plastic cards. They are an upcharge and they can do them as long as the machine is working (it's a game of roulette).
Oh yes. It's like the McDonald's ice cream machine up in there.

I didn't know they had paper and plastic. Well shit i want the hard ones now
Right! My paper one is super faded and torn in the corner. Plastic is 100% the better option.

In the past you were sometimes able to get limited release plastic card designs, as well. I have a Guy Harvey Penguin pass that I picked up at SWO several years ago. I don’t think BGW has stocked anything other than the standard design in ages, however; and I have no idea if anywhere else in the chain does anymore either.

Are toddlers able to get free admission with a membership pass? Have a 2.5 year old who will turn 3 later this year. Is he able to get in free up until his third birthday? And from there we need a preschool pass?

Unless something has changed in recent years he can get in free but you might want to get the preschool pass anyhow as it will last the whole year even if his birthday is before the end of the year.

Went last week and asked about getting a hard plastic card made. The lady at the desk said the machine is broken/not working and they have no idea when it will be fixed/replaced.

I recently bought a membership with the ezpay plan. It was suppose to be around $270 total. I was charged $192 by Seaworld today and that payment is listed on my account under the ezpayments. But it made no difference in the total amount I still owe. Any idea what this is about? Or who best to contact?
Turns out Seaworld/BGW just charged my credit card for a second membership randomly. What is this company lol.

Visited on a somewhat busy day Sunday. But the biggest challenge, BY FAR, were membership rewards kiosks. They were swarmed when we entered, swarmed when we left, and the in-park kiosks were swarmed every time we passed one. I waited 30 minutes for four parties in front of me to print rewards as we left. I just wanted a passport to thrills voucher that SHOULD JUST BE TRACKED AUTOMATICALLY. The entering of names takes so much time, and errors with scans and counterintuitive software is so damned annoying. I submitted a complaint, but mostly just needed to vent.

I just renewed my 1-Park Unlimited membership the other day. Called the order in as I wanted to make sure that I got the $20 discount for paying in full that I have gotten, and they have given for years. The guy I talked with, after waiting for a while was very nice. But he tried to push the 2 park membership that includes WCUSA. I told him I didn't want this as I never go to WC as I'm older. I didn't care that it was the same price. Well he said that it was good my renewal was now as they were implementing a price increase in just a couple of days. Sure enough, the same pass is now $21 more than what I paid. But I didn't get the pay in full discount which kind of pissed me off. But the worst part is the damn Service Fee is $24.99! What a rip off. This may be the last year I have a membership as it's getting to be where I'm sure if it's worth it anymore.

Edit: I just realized that this year will make 18 years of having a membership.

To be fair that seems to be more or less the industry standard service fee for parks right now as I had to pay layout the same maybe even a little more for a service fee when I renewed passes last year with two other companies.

In other news I am at the park today and printed out rewards and it didn't ask me to put in all that info at the kiosks this time.

So at the Q&A on Sunday, Kevin stated that he knew the kiosks are a problem point and they were pushing to have rewards in the app so you don't have to use the kiosks to print out your rewards in the future. The decision falls on corporate and I know the Florida parks have the same issue with the kiosks.

The whole not asking for your name in the kiosks is a step in the right direction for sure.

Their systems as a whole are so mind bogglingly terrible and disjointed. The passport to thrills promo being run right now is an absolute pain and so dumb to redeem. They are now checking dates on the vouchers to match dates their computer system says you visited. Makes entirely no sense, if you know what dates I came to the park then why do I need to waste time and paper printing off a voucher to come stand in line at guest services to get the reward. All the rewards should be fully automated on the app, you visit then the reward automatically populates in your app and you use said reward. Also, did you know that guest services can't pull information from merchandise or culinary for refunds or issues involved with those departments. The employee we talked to said it was incredibly frustrating for them cause half of the time they can't help the guest because of it.

And don't get me started on the parking toll booth situation and having to show an ID with your pass. We get so irritated every time they ask for it. Why doesn't my photo you have on file pull up when you scan my pass. The parking people are so inefficient, I swear they hold 5 minutes convos with half of the cars coming in to the park. Rant over.

It's sad when Six Flags/Cedar Fair has it figured out better than Busch.
