Has it seemed like they are throwing more member rewards out this year than in the past? Usually in the past they would add bonus guest tickets at the very end of the month. This year they are coming earlier and more frequently for BGW and WCUSA. In the past I remember getting Busch Bucks maybe a handful of times in a calendar year. This year they are much more often, including weekly (?) in August.
I'm not complaining. But it seems a bit like throwing things at the wall and seeing what sticks to drive up attendance or profit or something. Do members drive numbers to that extent? I don't know. But there have been a ton of different types of rewards and promotions.

On the other hand half there members can't redeem those rewards without waiting 45 minutes at guests services since the kiosk don't work for many of us. I am honestly so fed up after today that the odds that I cancel my pass after the September 20 visit event and start going soly to KD is extremely high.
The dates vary, but it looks as if the next two Member Appreciation Weekends are in October and March.

So this is odd. I have 3 EZPay Platinum memberships for my family and that payment was processed without issue this month. My original Platinum member pass was showing “on hold”, and according to the CS agent the payment was declined. This payment is 25% of the amount of the EzPay charge and I have plenty of credit on the card, so I asked them to charge it again and they told me it was still declined. Bank said they did not see any transaction come through so the CS agent tried updating the card on file with the exact same information as the EZPay details, and it went through without issue. So I guess I’m just being paranoid that they’d try to phase out my original Platinum member pass, right?
Had a similar issue a year ago and have had no issues since my guess is it's just a gremlin in the system that pops up from time to time.
It is a VERY old system that runs tickets/memberships across the chain.
Ok that’s reassuring. I’m just glad I happened to log in and notice it before arriving at the park this weekend and having to deal with it at guest services.
Right now I'm planning to be there to report on whatever is shared at the town hall via BGWFans, but I reserve the right to back out at the last minute and decide to go to Great Adventure instead because of Ka.

Does the free guest ticket get your guest into Christmas Town? I assume so since they wouldn't offer it if not, but I just want to make sure.

Sorry i didn't see thos earlier. Yes that one is good for Christmas Town. Some times a bonus one drops as well.
Yes. Last time I did it though it cost 7 dollars.
I think @TheNerdyEnthusiast is talking about the hard plastic cards. They are an upcharge and they can do them as long as the machine is working (it's a game of roulette).
